We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • Over 18 years of age
  • Have RHD
  • Or are a Carer, Parent or Grandparent of someone with RHD

Are you a Healthcare Professional with expertise in RHD or with experience diagnosing or treating patients with Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD)?

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • A Healthcare Professional – such as a Doctor, Nurse,
    Aboriginal health worker
  • Working in the field of RHD

What does the IGC involve?

Council members will contribute their diverse backgrounds, skills, expertise, cultural knowledge, and insights to support the council’s responsibilities, ensuring that research on RHD is culturally respectful, appropriate, and aligned with the needs, strengths, aspirations, and priorities of Aboriginal children, families, and communities involved in these projects.
