About the partnership

END RHD WA is a statewide, strategic partnership between the Aboriginal Health Council of Western Australia (AHCWA), WA Country Health Service (WACHS) and The Kids Research Institute Australia (The Kids).

This tripartite partnership is directed by, and accountable to, Aboriginal people who bear the greatest burden of RHD.

The transformative partnership is grounded in Aboriginal governance and leadership, connecting 23 Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHS) operating across 86 service delivery sites, and WACHS’ network of hospitals and primary health centres across rural, remote and metropolitan WA.
